COFFEE BEBOP RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


At COFFEE BEBOP, we take pride in providing you with freshly roasted coffee beans of exceptional quality. We cant you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we have the following policy in place:

1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility

  • We do not accept returns or offer change of mind refunds for roasted coffee beans, as these are perishable products.
  • However, if there is an issue with the quality of the coffee you received (such as a damaged package or incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Quality Issues

  • If you believe your coffee is defective or has not met our quality standards, please provide details of the issue, along with any relevant photos.
  • We will review your claim and, if verified, offer a replacement product or a refund at our discretion.

3. Shipping/Packing Errors

  • If you receive the wrong item, or your order is damaged in transit, please contact within 7 days of delivery and provide any relevant photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no extra cost to you.

4. Subscription Orders

  • Subscription orders can me modified or cancelled at any time via your COFFEE BEBOP/Shopify account. Please note that cancellations must be made before the next subscription cycle to avoid charges.
  • Refunds for subscription orders follow the same policy as standard orders.
