COFFEE BEBOP SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia for a standard fee of $10 AUD and $15 for express delivery.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $70 AUD.

  • All interstate orders are shipped via Australia Post or reputable couriers and include tracking information.

  • For local customers in the Adelaide, Adelaide Hills and Murray Bridge region, local delivery by our staff may be utilised in combination with Australia Post or courier services. 

2. Order Processing

  • Coffee Bebop roasts in small batches to order. This ensures you receive coffee that's freshly roasted, not sitting on as shelf.

  • Because our coffee is roasted to order, stock isn't always on hand to ship immediately.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • As we are a small operation, there may occasionally be delays in order processing. Customers will always be notified via the email address provided during checkout if this should be the case.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery within metropolitan areas: 2-5 business days.

  • Delivery to regional areas: 3-7 business days.

  • Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

  • COFFEE BEBOP accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third party carriers. 

4. Subscription Shipping

  • Subscription orders will follow the same shipping policy, with shipping fees calculated based on your subscription schedule.

  • Subscribers receive free shipping for orders over $70 AUD.

5. Incorrect Shipping Details

  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. COFFEE BEBOP is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@coffeebebop.com.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
