COFFEE BEBOP PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscribers can modify or cancel their subscription orders at any time through their COFFEE BEBOP/Shopify account.

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

2. One-Time Purchase Orders

  • Once a one-time purchase order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled once it has been processed for shipping.

  • If you need to modify an order, please contact us immediately atย hello@coffeebebop.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds for cancelled subscription orders will be processed within 7 business days of confirmation.

  • Refunds for one-time purchase orders are subjected to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
