Ethiopia Halo Beriti - LIMITED RELEASE 002 - Filter

Our second signal comes from the famed Halo Beriti Washing Station, in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region.

Established in 2014, Halo Beriti serves as a collective hub for more than 750 smallholder producers. Each household grows coffee on tiny garden plots, alongside other subsistence food crops, tended without fertilisers or pesticides.

The coffee cherries are carried to the station in small, regular harvests, where they undergo meticulous hand-sorting and raised-bed drying before being combined into premium lots — a coffee that truly reflects the heart and harmony of the whole community.

Expect a sweet, fruit-forward flavour profile, with a rich, creamy mouthfeel — reminiscent of peach, stewed apricot, and sugarcane.
